WRC Equity Initiatives

WRC is looking internally to grow and learn as an organization in the DE&I space. One of the ways we’re looking to achieve this is assembling a working group. It is essential that our DE&I strategy is integrated in all aspects of how we operate. We are looking to build a diverse group of stakeholders, inclusive of our staff, directors, and athletes. Our goal is to improve and expand our community; there is still much to learn about the barriers that members of our communities continue to face.
